partnered with Northside to produce a one of
a kind pair of AYS.

Built from a shared set of values and a common quest to reduce our waste imprint while still living life to the fullest, we proudly present the SAVAGE sunglasses.

The sunglasses will be produced in a limited number of 300 pieces, and will only be available here, Ilkjær Optik, ST. Valentin, Danish Architecture Center and at this year's Northside Festival.

Anti reflection coating in green

The sunglasses are made from 100% plant-based acetate. The hinges are made from 60% reused metal chips from old hinges. The sun lenses are with an anti-reflection coating on the inside and a special UV filter.

To celebrate our collaboration, James Ay will join Northside with a pop-up shop where you can feel the Savage universe.

Savage comes in a limited number of 300 pieces. with unique numbering on each pair of sunglasses. There is also a savage T-shirt and a savage tote bag for the series. The price for the sunglasses is DKK 1,000.

The sunglasses can be pre-ordered from Tuesday 17/5 at 10.00 at jamesay.com. They can also be found in selected stores such as ST. Valentin and Ilkjær in Aarhus and the Danish Architecture Center (DAC) in Copenhagen, where the sunglasses can be purchased from Saturday this week.
